Register to vote
There will be a UK Parliament Election on Thursday 4 July 2024.
To vote you must
- be registered to vote
- be 18 years of age or over on polling day
- be a British, Irish or qualifying Commonwealth citizen
- be a resident at an address in the UK or be a UK citizen living abroad
- not be legally excluded from voting.
The deadline to for this election is midnight Tuesday 18 June.
You need to register to vote again if
- you move house
- change your name
- change your nationality.
