If you're a current City of 麻豆映画 employee and do not have a Council (work) email address, you can request access to systems on your own phone, tablet or computer by registering your own personal email address. (Please do not register using a shared email account, for example one someone else has access to).
How to request access
- You must have your own (not shared) email address.
- Call our askHR team on 0131 469 5555 and say you would like access to systems.
- The askHR team will ask you some security questions to confirm your identity.
- Your access will then be set up and you'll receive separate communications explaining how to log into the applications below.
What you'll get access to
- myHR: Our HR and Payroll system. Submit leave requests and pay claims, view your payslip, apply for vacancies, and update your personal details at a time that suits you.
- The Orb: Our intranet. Read information on pay, benefits and holidays, employee communications, wellbeing initiatives, as well as guidance and support on all our policies and procedures.
- myLearning Hub: Our online learning experience platform. You can personalise your learning experience, and myLearning Hub can also make recommendations on topics that might interest you and show you new content.
- Halo: This is our online helpdesk which lets you raise questions or complete forms for action by Human Resources, ICT, FM, Health and Safety and many others.
- Communications: You'll receive regular updates from us on what's happening.
